Ok so we’re not really robots. Awesome? We’ll let you decide… EPOS experts? Absolutely! We’ve been trading in the industry for over 19 years and support a vast range of clients, big and small.
We started off in 2000 as Business Reply providing a business consultancy. Today we supply EPOS systems to hospitality and retail sectors. We’ve seen a lot of changes in technology and how it can be used to drive sales, maximise profits and improve efficiency for our clients.

My job here varies and I like to get involved with as much as I can but mainly I oversee the day to day running of Breezy Tech. I truly love my job, whether I’m out in the field meeting with clients or office based doing some code or designing the website.
I really enjoy looking after our clients and watching their businesses grow, there are some really unique places out there that I’m proud to support. I know our software inside out (super guru status *looking smug*) and I’m often the first to jump on to any support request as I know when you’re trying to run a business and put money in the till, speed is key.

Hello! Or, as they say in France; ‘Hola’! I’m Josh and I do a little bit of everything within Breezy Tech, however my main areas of expertise are; Technical assistance (software and hardware), Installation, Training and repairs. So if you’re talking to me, you’ll either be asking about features of the system, having changes made to your system or (unfortunately) your till is broken! If it is the latter then expect us to troubleshoot and advise on a solution in a timely manner. It can be extremely worrying when something goes wrong with the till, but fear not, in most cases it is something extremely simple that we can rectify with you barely noticing a disruption in service.
What makes me suited to this? Well, for starters I enjoy fault finding and coming up with solutions to problems. It may not always be immediately obvious why a problem is occurring, so the ability to isolate an issue is extremely beneficial. Not only this, but I know the issues and stresses that a faulty system can cause, being able to solve issues sufficiently and within a short time frame is not only preferable, but essential. All in all, if you have a question, a request or a problem, then get in touch with me and I will work it all out for you!

Being a Libra provides me with the amazing ability to see the balance in life so I can see your point of view. I understand what it’s like being stood behind a bar or shop counter and so I empathise with your business needs. Customers, staff and the business owner all need to be happy and that is what I strive for. It’s a tough call but it can be achieved.
So my role in Breezy Tech is to keep everyone in line – only joking guys! I’m really lucky as my role is diverse covering admin tasks and accounts to marketing and web sales. It enables me to have a rounded idea of the business day to day – ensuring we keep our feet firmly on the ground and keep you the customer at the forefront of everything we do. I know, I know that’s what everyone likes to say blah blah – but here it’s true we really do go the extra mile to make sure YOU are happy and have a system that is your best business ally. I can provide you with anything accounts wise. I may be your point of contact if you buy something from the web, too. I look forward to chatting with you if that happens.

I’m not the oldest member of the team but I feel like I’ve been around since the stone age! I can even remember using MS-DOS (now that’s old!). These days I am still keeping my hand in with programming but mainly back office not tills.
I initially set up the business with Jane to give us a better work / home life balance. I have met some really lovely people over the years and clients that felt more like friends. I’ve enjoyed seeing their businesses grow and thrive. I am not at the coal face anymore but tend to hover in the background ensuring all is well. Lots of things have changed over the years from hardware to software and the web (who’d have thought it eh?). One thing that hasn’t changed is my belief that good service is what matters. Customers for life is what one retail company used to say and that is reflected in our ethos. You can train people to sell but you can’t train them to be engaging with clients.
I’d like to think that if nothing else I have instilled in staff the desire to keep the customer in the forefront of everything they do. Without you, the customer, we are adrift. Hard work and a strong work ethos is what leads us to do better things. I’m proud to see two of our sons taking over the helm with equal enthusiasm – thank you guys!
Now I’ll go and have a nap! (Oi! Who put that in?)
